Description: Steve's European Automotive seeks a full-time Service Advisor to act as a liaison between the customer and technicians, facilitating the repair process.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients
- Record service needed from clients
- Schedule appointments
- Conduct post-repair follow-up
- Generate estimates
- Facilitate repair process
- Explain all completed work and charges to your customer
- Handle service complaints
Experience requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience with customer service
Desired Skills:
- Automotive knowledge
- Able to type 50 WPM
- Computer experience
- Experience using Windows and MS Office
- Valid driver's license
- Able to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission
- Drug-free
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Highly motivated
- Learns quickly
